Can I change or cancel an order after it is placed?
Once your order is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We are committed to offering high-quality products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase. All returns must be authorized through Customer Service and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). When do I get my refund after I have returned an item?
Refunds will be provided once your product return has been processed. Refunds will be applied to the original payment card and may take up to 14 business days.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you deliver outside of the United States?
No. At this time, products can only be shipped within the United States.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM CT Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT Monday - Friday will be shipped the following business day.
All orders of $30 or more receive FREE ground shipping.
When available, you may expedite your order to ship faster for an additional charge.
How do I qualify for free ground shipping?
FREE ground shipping on orders of $30 or more. Next Day Shipping methods may not be available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact Customer Service at (855) 754-6700 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central Time, Monday – Friday.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We offer standard shipping to U.S. P.O. Boxes via Smart Post. Depending on the carrier, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses?
All shipments to APO, FPO and DPO addresses are sent via Smart Post. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 business days.
When are your warehouse closures?
Please note, orders will not ship from our distribution center on the following dates due to holiday closures:

- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
